Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Identification

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the online store Vital Food, operated by Biotonix Tenerife, a sole proprietorship registered in Spain (autónomo), with its registered office at Biotonix Postbox, 38260 Tejina, Tenerife, España, tax identification number [NIF], email: vitalfoodbatoro@gmail.com

2. Products

The products offered are natural, ecological, and artisanal plant-based preparations.
They are not medicines and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional.

3. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online through the Vital Food Shopify store. Any validated order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.
Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro) via Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

All transactions are secure and processed by our payment providers.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery area: all of Europe.

  • Orders are shipped from Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain).

  • Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs procedures.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and due to the high customs fees for shipments from the Canary Islands, products cannot be returned once received.

However, if the product is damaged or if there has been a mistake in the order on our part, we will resend a new product at no additional cost.
All claims must be made by email to : vitalfoodbatoro@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

7. Data Protection

The information collected during the order is necessary for processing and delivery. It is strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties, except for service providers involved in payment and delivery.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

8. Liability

Biotonix Tenerife cannot be held responsible for:

  • misuse of the products,

  • delays or customs-related issues,

  • force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

9. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
If no agreement is reached, the competent courts shall be those of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
