Refund Policy

At Vital Food, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the heart of everything we do 🌱.
Each order is prepared with care and shipped directly from our farm in the Canary Islands.

Due to the nature of our products (natural, food-grade, and subject to strict hygiene rules), as well as the very high customs fees for receiving parcels in the Canary Islands, returns are unfortunately not possible once the order has been received.

1. Non-returnable Products

  • All products shipped are considered final and non-returnable, for reasons of hygiene, safety, and customs logistics.

2. Damaged Products or Order Errors

  • If, despite all our care, a product arrives damaged or if there was an error in the preparation of your order, don’t worry πŸ’š we will resend the correct product free of charge.

  • To process this, we kindly ask you to send a short video (and photos if necessary) showing the condition of the parcel and the product within 7 days of receiving it to the following email address: vitalfoodbatoro@gmail.com.

3. No Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued, except if the ordered product is permanently unavailable.
